2. No Refund Policy
   All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products and services, including but not limited to ebooks, online programs, and consulting services.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Use of all content, tools, and advice provided is at your own risk.

1. Format and Delivery
   Ebooks are delivered digitally in PDF and EPUB formats. No physical copies will be provided. Ensure the email address provided during purchase is accurate to avoid delays in delivery. Please whitelist melissa@melissakaltmd.com to insure delivery into your inbox, not spam.

2. License to Use
   Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the ebook for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Sharing, redistribution, or any form of commercial use is prohibited.

3. Copyright and Restrictions

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

1. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or the use of our products or services, will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wisconsin, USA.

2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction). Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States in the eastern district of Wisconsin or the courts of the State of Wisconsin, in Waukesha County. Both parties consent to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of this court. We retain the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
